Shipping and Postage

TESX offers FREE New Zealand wide standard delivery for all orders over $99. Orders under $99 will incur a flat rate of $14.95 for postage and handling. Deliveries may take 3 – 5 workings, however, may be delayed for the following reasons:

An incorrect or incomplete address is provided.
Personal or payment details require verification for fraud prevention purposes.
Factors outside of our control.

The estimated delivery date is provided as a guide only. Unfortunately, circumstances may change beyond TESX’s control which may lead to a delay in your order being delivered on time.

Goods will be delivered on working days. We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

International Shipping:

We are now shipping to the following countries - Australia & USA.

International Customers are responsible for all import fees, duties, VAT, GST, TAX, handling fees, and all other import costs in their respective country.

TESX will only cover shipping fees which include shipping and handling.

Australia Shipping:

We are now shipping to Australia. We charge a flat rate of AUD$9.95 for shipping and handling for all orders shipped to Australia (placed via our store).

Please note, your order may be fulfilled from our Australia, New Zealand or China warehouse depending on stock availability. Your order may take anywhere between 5 - 30 days to arrive. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if your order has taken longer than expected.
